Raw Material handled: Alloy Steel, Stainless steel, Nickel alloy, Cobalt alloy, Titanium, Nitronic Molybdenum and Aluminum input in the form of Bars, Plates, Castings and forgings.
We outsource Special Process like Anodizing, Passivation, Electroless nickel, Zinc, plating and heat treatment, carbo nitriding, Gas Carburising to NADCAP/Customer approved facility.

Highly precision CNC Turning Machines, Fully Automatic CNC Cylindrical Grinding Machines with pick and place automation, Automatic Facing Center SPMs, Automatic Band Saws, VMCs. Conveyer system for part movement between stations.
All machines has attached non contactable IPG’s(Inprocess Gauging) with online SPC control.
Some of our key processes include in-house, matched assembly, deburring, Ultrasonic cleaning equipments with Millipore analysis kit, which complements our core competence in precision machining.
